  We ordered from here’s so many times without a problem! Last night was Halloween and they were extremely busy so after over an hour waiting for our food to be delivered, I called and there was no answer so I drove to the store where it was monbed with angry people. The poor workers were all young, and they were doing their best. I asked the cashier who was obviously overwhelmed to just cancel my order and he politely did. I felt bad for everybody working there. I wish people understood that it was a holiday, and there was gonna be a lot of orders and that it might not be as fast as it usually is. Shout out to all the workers that were there on Halloween, even though they were completely overwhelmed, they were working their butts off, and that one person was rude. There was people deserve something special! I don’t feel it’s fair that there are so many bad reviews because of one night and those kids were working hard!

  We ordered at 6:30 and it's 9 o clock. Almost 3 hours. I sat waiting for a phone call to be answered for 45 minutes. They never answered the phone. This is so stupid I should actually be paid for waiting at this point.

  Went to not thinking how busy it was going to be seeing how it was Halloween. My fault did not check the time for pick up online. Went into the store to pick up order. While waiting for the order. The clerk answering the phone kevin I think is his name I could see he was getting overwhelmed with the phone calls. But he was handling the calls from upset customers very well and polite.
