  Such a great experience for my 13YO birthday! The food is delicious, atmosphere is top notch and the people that work there are really great. Even the security guy was really helpful and super welcoming. Really great experience for our family, definitely going back!!

  We are a family of 4 and for Easter decided to try this new experience. We loved it, also our kids. Unfortunately, one of the front desk guys that helped us was really rude and even thought I explained to him it was our first time and even asked him how everything worked, he treated me and family unfriendly. He was white and young, maybe is his first job, but his attitude was nasty and unpleasant. Another front desk guy saw the situation and immediately jumped into our rescue. He was pleasant and friendly. He took us to our bay and explained us step by step how to play the game and introduced us to our waitress. She was very nice and polite. We had a great experience with her service and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed being there and would like to go back again. Hopefully this new employee receives feedback and learn how to treat people with kindness. Otherwise we probably have to try to go to other location instead.

  Did a walk in for my son’s birthday. Lady said 45 minutes for first floor and 1-1.5 for second or third. Got a text that first floor was available after 45 minutes. Asked if we could wait a little longer for 2nd or 3rd and we’re told no. We would have to put our name in ALL over again instead of just waiting. Had three workers tell me this- such a disappointment - should have been clarified better at check in. We’re waiting and spending money on food and drinks before - been here multiple times- never had this issue.

  I just want y’all to know Elena ELENA and Connor were the top servers for us for my birthday. The service was top-tier top-notch. We thanked them so much for accommodating my family of 25 people. The service was impeccable. The manager, which was Elena needs to be compensated for all that she does and she needs a raise. Thank you so much, Topgolf Naperville you rock.

  Excellent place for work parties or for groups of friends to hang out and have a great time hitting some golf balls and playing games. Huge bar area and downstairs has multiple pool tables and 4ft connect four games to play for free. Great atmosphere and staff was awesome and very friendly!! Wait staff was on top of making sure everyone had drinks and refills and was there to take plates after everyone was done eating!! Definitely recommend for families, work parties and groups of friends to spend time together!!
