  Blatant disrespect and discriminatory service I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received at this location. I came in to pick up an order and stood there for 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging my presence. The most upsetting part was when a white customer walked in after I had already been waiting; a staff member came out immediately to assist him while continuing to completely ignore me as if I wasn’t even there. After another 10 minutes, someone finally came out with an order, but it wasn't mine. When I tried to get their attention, they simply walked back inside and never returned to update me. There were plenty of employees visible inside, but they chose to provide zero service to me. This was a complete waste of my time and, more importantly, a total lack of respect. To the manager: your team needs serious training on basic human decency and customer service. I will never be returning to this store again.

  Most unethical place. They don't respect any vegetarian or non red meat stuff.. Just they make food so fast and inaccurate. I think corporate should take action on this place. It is very unfortunate to see a national brand makes mistakes

  Took a while to receive my order mind you I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. I ordered a number 1 meal the chalupa I asked for chicken but they gave me beef instead. They did not add any sauce and the girl just gave me my food and left not one word. It could have been a better first experience at this new location.
