  I wish there was a zero star option. Walked in, made eye contact with two staff members, one quickly disappeared behind some fixtures and the other immediately went to the restroom. No greeting or I’ll be with you in a moment, both just vanished. So we walked out and went to a different location. Very surprised to find such horrible service or lack of at that location.

  We had a fantastic experience, and Mo truly made the night stand out. He was so kind, attentive, and genuinely engaging—it felt like he really cared that we were enjoying ourselves. His recommendations were spot on, and everything flowed so smoothly because of his attention to detail. What impressed me most was how natural and effortless his service felt—never rushed, never forced, just consistently thoughtful. Mo is the kind of person who turns a good meal into a memorable one. We left smiling and already looking forward to coming back!

  We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Mo. From the moment we were seated, Mo was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who strikes that perfect balance of being professional while also making you feel completely at ease. Mo anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience for his guests. Because of Mo, our meal felt extra special. Exceptional service like that doesn’t go unnoticed—we will definitely be back!

  I had a really great experience at Smashburger. The food was honestly really good—I ordered the smash fries, tots, and a classic double, and everything came out fresh and tasted amazing. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries and tots were perfectly cooked and seasoned. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. My server, Joey, was super friendly and made sure everything was right with my order. The manager, Jeff, was also very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, the combination of great food and excellent customer service made this visit awesome. I would definitely come back again.

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm, friendly smiles and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The dining area was spotless, and it was great to see other guests clearly enjoying their meals. My order was taken quickly — shout‑out to Maurice for his helpful suggestions and recommendations, all of which turned out to be perfect. My food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. This location is truly something special. With their speedy service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail, it’s a winning combination that will definitely bring me back.
