- LLLaura1 day ago1.0Under staffed so wait times are ridiculously long. We don't bother coming here. Thankfully, Naperville has plenty of ice cream shops.

Working the front counter and the drive thru all by himself. He’s doing an amazing job! It is a Sunday afternoon and there is a long drive thru line and long line in the store. The problem I have is the manager or corporate should be handling this. He should not be alone especially during busy times. Putting all of this on one person is ridiculous. Do better Oberweis

The young man working today is doing an excellent job. He is very kind, professional, and attentive to customers. He is handling everything on his own — taking orders, processing payments, and preparing the ice cream — and he is doing it with a great attitude. However, I do feel concerned that he is working completely alone. There are more than 20 customers in the store, and he has no assistance. It seems unfair for one person to manage everything in such a busy location. As a customer, I truly appreciate his hard work, but I hope the company considers providing additional support during busy hours. He deserves help. Thank you.
