She wanted to go where the food was behind the counter. The girl said, she would bring us what we need to our table. I really needed an extra hand. You must always keep your eyes on the client. I rated it a 3 for atmosphere because their were a group of people who were loudly talking in their foreign language. But besides that...we enjoyed our food. p.s. I think it would be nice if some people spoke at a level where the whole inside doesnt need to here them.

- MMMattMar 14, 20261.0Ordered 4 chicken strips, two large fries, and a snack wrap. There were 2 cars in drive thru. They told me to pull up to spot 1. After 12 minutes I reversed back to the window and asked where my order was. Staff looked at each other, I asked for a manager, after a minute a girl brings a bag, she went to the other side of the building where no waiting was. Then the manager told me I didn’t pull into my spot. Horrible attitude and couldn’t quite understand what she was saying. Find competent help at least for god sakes and fire that manager. Horrible customer service. Final result was 15 minutes.
