  Great place for food. Customer service is top notch compared to Fox valley location. Not bad at all.

  It's a McDonald's nothing spectacular go here to get cheap food. They have happy meals for kids.. kids like happy meals. This particular location the staff is pretty friendly. Occasionally from time to time you will ask for something fresh and they will ask you to pull up to the next window and they might forget about you. It doesn't happen all the time but it does happen and you have to go inside and get stuff straightened out. But besides that I guess it's coo. The ice cream and milkshake machines always work I've never had an issue where it didn't work so that's that's a positive good job McDonald's. The decor is a little modern now I'm not sure how I feel about that you don't get that nostalgic feeling that you used to get back in the day now it's more like everything else. Occasionally you even have to talk to a robot to order your food if you go inside I'm not sure how I feel about that but it's not as bad as Wendy's where you going to talk to the robot outside I don't understand that at all it's actually quite dumb

  Constant order mistakes at this location. Orders are often prepared incorrectly, and staff do not read order notes carefully. I ordered a breakfast sandwich for my child without cheese and butter due to a milk allergy. The sandwich was labeled “no cheese / no butter,” but inside it was a standard sandwich with cheese. This is a serious food safety issue. This is not the first time. Coffee is also often prepared incorrectly — iced instead of hot. I will no longer visit this location.
