- MCMina creations4 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience, mainly because of one of the front chefs. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and the way he treated us was not acceptable. I hope management addresses this issue seriously and ensures all staff treat customers with respect.

It honestly came across as racist, which is completely unacceptable in any environment. On top of that, the hygiene standards were very concerning. The place did not look clean, and it didn’t feel like proper sanitation practices were being followed. This made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. A place that treats customers unfairly and fails to maintain basic cleanliness needs serious improvement.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
