08/18/25. Quedé Completamente decepcionado con la mala experiencia que tuve con los empleados de este Lugar. Pase por el Drive T, cómo no se hablar muy bien Ingles se burlaban y sentí que me discriminaban cuando pase por la ventanilla note que varios hablaban Español, este día Llovió tan fuerte que era imposible entrar. Quería hacer un Reclamo ya que me sentía indignado, ofendido, desepcionado, Pondré la Fotografía de los empleados que me atendieron Muy mal. No volveré a este Lugar ni a ningún otro Wendy's en mi Vida. Y daré mi opinión en Redes y grupos para que esté tipo cosas no sigan pasando, de echo había una empleada que se escondió y le decía a su compañera de ventanilla, Cierra y Mándalo a la Vga....

Bought 2 cheeseburgers, plain, both were tiny, downgraded in size from the past time I'd been there. Also, they did not give me plain, even though I requested it. I also ordered non spicey chicken wings, they gave me spicey ones. Then I ordered a cookie, which they left out completely. The only thing they got right was my milkshake that I ordered. How is this place allowed to keep serving food to the public? Terrible service. What's the point of having a kiosk if they can't even follow the instructions from that? Won't be going back to this location, ever. Too bad. It was good once, not anymore. Eat at a local restaurant instead, it's now cheaper to do that anyway.
