    Manager Raul was so rude and mean I have him a gift card he was so rude about it he said were you got this from I told him from corporate and he said we’re and I said again corporate he was like were I was like from Wendy’s he had an attitude and scream at me

    I was trying Order on call and this lady just hangs up on me and she was so mean and we only like we’re on the call for like two seconds and it was not here. It’s the worst place ever never ever ever go to Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Taco Bell and any other place like Chick-fil-A is better than Wendy’s never ordered at Wendy’s stupid place dump.

    I had hair in my food. I called when I went back I was on a break from work and I was told I could not have my meal replaced in the drive through! No apologies just an add extra inconvenience! Worst service ever! Poor customer service. An God forbid you ask for a sauce packet they act like that is a horrible question. They might even say we don't have sauce. I asked if they wanted to see the photo as proof. I was told no. Then they replaced the food but wouldn't give my son a drink. He had to pay 4 dollars to replace a drink from a 5.00 meal. I wish my son would go back to wanting McDonald's. If you want Wendy's go to the one on Ogden or 75th..
