    Tonight on 3/8 I was planning to have a nice outing with my children and sister, but I did not enjoy my experience . Although the food was good. The katsu chicken sliders were very good. And my kids enjoyed the fries and wings. But the service was absolutely trash. 0/10. Alyssa was our server. I would say it was because maybe she was tired, upset or some other unknown feeling that made this service horrible but seeing how she interacted with the rest of her nearby tables shows it was just how she was treating us. She came rushed our food order and didn’t get it right multiple times. She came to check on us once after getting our food then when our time was almost up on our 90 minute game . She asked us to close out the bill. I asked can we extend the time and she said no cause it’s super busy . I looked around and it was not. It’s 7:30 pm around this time. We then insisted again. There were multiple bays open that had no people in it. If it’s so busy where are the people? Another server added another 30 minutes for us and just being considerate of possible parties that may be incoming we kept it short, but when we got upstairs . IT WAS EMPTY! Nobody was waiting . Nobody in line . Multiple bays still open as we are walking past them. If you wanted us to leave that bad, say it. The whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. My son wanted more food but couldn’t even order cause she wouldn’t even come back to check on us. I literally watched her check on the table down from us a minimum of 5 times, if not more . I’m sure you know what the only difference between us and them was…color. Sad people assume and give bad service then wonder why no tip is given. I’ve worked service industry at low and high end restaurants, you give good service regardless of your own preconceived assumptions and if you don’t want to do that then guess what? DONT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. Anyways, over Alyssa gave horrible service and I hate that we had to experience this during an outing I had took my kids on!

    Went there on a date night with my wife and it was the perfect spot for the two of us. We had quick service and the games were fun to play for an hour. No golfing experience needed. Trust me we had some laughs at some of the horrible shots that were taken. It made for good memories.

    First time customers .Party of 7 , 2 adults 5 children . I made reservations online for us all ahead of time. My paid time slot was from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. We arrived at 4:35 and walked inside and were greeted by the desk. I told the young gentleman who's name was Luke that I had made reservations for 5. He was understanding and told me that if I would like to check in that he would give us the courtesy of waiving a few minutes extra so we could go and get settled in. We ordered food and drinks and all were having a good time , 10 minutes before our time was over the monitor was ending our time 6:49 . I brought this to the attention of our server, a really nice guy . I explained to him that upon check in what I was told. He had asked the manager if we could have the 10 minutes as we were finishing our last game. The manager (Hispanic man) came over and said we had to leave because of other reservations. 10 minutes to finish the match was all I asked for not a minute more. He then gave us expired coupons and told us we could come back. Why should I have to explain this I don't know. We spent about 300 dollars in total with gratuity . Came all the way from Chicago 1 hour drive and didn't have the greatest experience.

    We went to the Indy location around Christmas time and had a blast. So we figured the Naperville location would be a great close to home option. The bay was freezing. It was painful to play. Thank God we only did an hour of play. As we walked by the other bays, we could feel their heat. Granted we went on a cold day, however in Indy it was colder and the bays were comfortable enough to have the baby out. But in Naperville, it was so cold I had to take the baby inside and just skip my plays. Even when we mentioned that the bay was not warm, our attendant restarted the heater and didn't have much else to offer us. Moving us to a functioning bay would have been helpful after the second complaint. The only thing that saved the experience were the kind waiters at the bar inside.

    First time there and we were stuck in the far back corner the family next to us kept being rude and yelling at their kids for stupid things. The food was ok but portions were way off - we ordered the family platter the chicken sandwich's had 4 different sizes of chicken and the bottom buns were soaked, the waitress never brought plates then complained that the kids made a small mess that when she finally showed back up I asked for napkins to clean. Can't put food in-front of kids and expect them to wait more than 10 mins staring at it. Then when it was time to pay the bill we still had 30 mins left on the clock she came over and demanded we stop playing and pay right then and there like leave it we will get it shortly it was the adult turn and we are on a clock. All and all it was not a very good first experience and I'm sad because it's something I thought the family would enjoy but chasing down your waitress and bad neighbors made for a bad experience. Also during the day is supposed to be discounted but they charged me $20 for 1 hr that's the discounted 2 hr price and the hero's discount doesn't work on food only lane so that is misleading too.
