I had to give him 15 because, “their admin wasn’t there” so they couldn’t take change or smth idk. The worker was pretty chill but it took 45 mins for me to actually get it. My stomach has been hurting since I ate the wings, I only actually ate 3 of them I gave the rest to my friends. Atmosphere was weird it was pretty cold but the heaters were only pointed towards the table.

The service was so awfully rude, and disrespectful. At the end the worker BEN came in accusing us for mocking him, which of course we never did that. He told us we disobeyed the rules of stepping over the line but all we did was walk safely to another spot. Ben ruined my friend’s birthday as she left crying. FIRE BEN AND NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE TO SPEND YOUR BIRTHDAY OR JUST TO HANGOUT!

They are very watered down can't even taste the alcohol in the drink. I recommend getting a beer instead cuz the cocktails are not it here. A side from that definitely will continue coming back it's a very fun place for a night out.

Due to severe allergies, I brought my own hot tea in a Brümate cup. A security guard informed me that I needed to return it to my car, which I understood. However, shortly afterward, the manager, Ben, approached me in an aggressive and hostile manner. He was loud, disrespectful, and dismissive throughout the interaction. I explained my medical needs and showed him my EpiPens and Benadryl to confirm the seriousness of my condition. Despite this, he stated that there were no exceptions and appeared indifferent to my health concerns. As someone who lives with severe allergies, I am aware that reasonable accommodations can be made in situations like this. I believe Ben would benefit from additional training—particularly on how to interact respectfully with guests and how to properly address individuals with medical needs. Unfortunately, the encounter overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration and ultimately ruined my son’s birthday.
