When I called the person on the phone immediately thought that I was calling in response to another complaint for a woman not receiving all of her items. I Explain the situation and ask for a credit to be on file. I have an autistic son who's already having a meltdown from not getting the dinner he'd like and now has to wait for me to prepare a different dinner. There is no way that I'm going to head back all the way to the restaurant again. But I do deserve a remake of this item. I spoke with a woman Shayla Williams I'm not too sure if that's even her real name but she told me she could not give me a credit for when I came through drive-thru next time. Fed up by the constant issues at this restaurant I asked for the general manager's number. She placed me on hold. I remained on hold for quite some time before finally hanging up. I'm assuming I was purposely left on hold. This is not the first time there has been an issue at this location. In fact This is not the fifth time there has been an incident at this location. The staff there are children who would rather run around and play instead of taking their job seriously. The only reason why I had to go and get Dinner from this location is because the better location is shut down for renovations. It is very simple to follow instructions however because they don't take their job seriously it's not a surprise that they don't follow them. Another major issue with this location is that No matter if there's no cars in front of you, you will sit Waiting in the drive-thru. There was one night I am not joking I waited in line for 20 minutes. The person behind me found a way to escape the line after 15. Do not go to this location.
