I placed an online order on Wednesday night, intending to pick it up at 5 PM on Thursday, but accidentally forgot to adjust the pickup time. When I arrived at 5 PM on Thursday, I realized my mistake — but I was still willing to take the pizza, even if it had been sitting for a while. However, the staff told me the order had already been picked up. That’s simply not true — no one else could have picked up my order. When I asked for any proof that it was collected, they refused to provide any and offered no apology or understanding whatsoever. The owner could have at least been honest or tried to make it right. Instead, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability. If you value honesty and customer service, and want to make sure you have your order there, avoid this place. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — there’s a Domino’s right next door that actually treats customers with respect.
