Maybe they thought we would forget! Nope! Panera is expensive! I want my money's worth and this was not it! Then my order was wrong. I asked for broccoli cheese soup and got Mac and cheese instead. I lived too far to take it back. Further it tastes like the Kraft Blue Box Mac and cheese. Definitely doing the drive through. I will take my money down the street to establishments that value take out customers hard earned money.

We consistently have to stand and wait for an employees finally come take our order. No one ever apologizes and they usually act put out to have to take our order. We watch employees take out trash and other chores while we stand there and no one even acknowledges we are there even though they are standing nearby. If you are too busy doing other chores and ignore customers then why are we here? Logically, someone should be assigned to watch the counter for customers and greet them. Very poor customer service. And, we had to wait a long time for our order,which we were eating in the restaurant. Too much emphasis on takeout orders and not on live customers in this facility. Very disappointing.
