I returned 8 empty bottles, all washed with soap and completely rinsed, but because they had a little dust on the top from being stored in my garage, they told me the bottles “weren’t clean enough.” They even asked me to wipe them down before they would accept the return. I’ve never had this issue at other locations, and it was very disappointing.

She wanted me to check that. Made a huge stink about replacing the scoops. We only ordered two ice creams so not a big order. I can’t believe this is the level of service here
