I only put 2 stars because of the almost hour wait.. when we first arrived the new young ladie was in training and told us to give her out number and they will text us. That they wait would be 15 or 20 minutes. Ok not bad I said. First time going I was excited to take my family bc I herd it was good. Well 35 minutes later nothing only to see bigger parties and people going in and us just waiting. So my wife checked they said we're next. 10 minutes goes by. Nothing yet.. then I go.. only for another girl to say. Well you got to wait some more time. Some one messed up and we were about to leave until a young man stepped up and took care of us within 5 mins. Food was great. But idk what happened since the beginning. Other than that. Everything was on point. Would I go back maybe

My family and I decided to try this place out because it looked like it had a variety of food and drink. We were told that there was a wait, which was fine. They seated us about 10 minutes later, again fine. Once we were seated we were greeted by our waitress right away. We placed our order, and then proceeded to wait 45 minutes at the table with no food. We were told that your food is coming right out; it was not. Then we were approached by a different person, who also told us that our food would be out soon. We explained that we had ordered 45 minutes ago, and were told again "soon". At this point everyone is starving, my kids are cranky, and my husband is very displeased. So we left. So we didn't actually get to eat a meal here, maybe the food is great.

I was very excited to try this place it looked like a great place online. Boy was it not, can’t say much it was average food. Though the service was the worst I’ve ever had. I’m not one to not leave a tip or even write a review but after my $82 wasted I’m upset. We were sat down and ordered our drinks and appetizer. We got our drinks from our waitress Tanisha, then the bread came after by another person. Then we realized we had no silverware which wasn’t a problem we got bread but that meant no napkins, so we kept an eye out for our waitress to get it. But then our food comes out 20 or 30 minutes later and we still had no silverware and napkins with the person bringing the food leaving too fast to ask. We then waited 10 minutes for a different waitress to walk by that we asked for silverware. Before that came we stoped our waitress after waking by us, to get refills on our drinks finally after being out since we finished our appetizer. Tanisha never asked if the food came out okay or frankly checked in with us at all after we received our food. I made eye contact from a distance numerous times with the waitress to let her know we needed something and she just walked the other way. Truly worst dining experience I’ve had In my 20 years of life.

I don't leave bad reviews ever, however we had a horrible lunch experience here. My husband picked this place because it looked cool, had a good kid's menu (we brought our kids 6, 5, 3), and drink list. Our mistake. We were sat right away but then just waited and waited. Many servers walking past us but no one approached or greeted us. It took around 20 minutes to place a food order for us. Meanwhile other tables are being sat, getting drinks and ordering. It was almost 40 minutes before we saw any food. Our waitress was nonexistent. I had to go to the hostess to ask for our bill and a manager. A manager never spoke to us. I don't think our server (Kat) wanted to be there. My husband even tried to flag her down in an effort to get our bill but she ignored him and served two other tables. I get working after the holiday probably isn't fun, but I was looking forward to an afternoon post-holiday craziness to relax. I didn't try any of the food, but my kids seemed to enjoy the pizza sticks. However, the fruit needs to be prepared better for children. Smaller slices and don't leave the leaves on the strawberries. We will not be back.

Food was great.
Atmosphere is really nice but we were 7 people and the had us in a booth with a chair at the end of it, not very comfortable.
This place is VERY busy so I get they want to fit in as many as possible but being squeezed in was not appreciated and we did have a reservation.
Service is SUPER slow. It took about 15 minutes just to get our beers after we ordered them. We had to ask 3 different people 3 different times for ketchup. One of is ordered soup and all our food came except the soup. The person that dropped off the food said they would check on it but never came back. Eventually our Server came to check on us and we asked about the soup and he said he would check. It is now 30 minutes since we got our food and the Manager came over to say they are out of soup. He let her order something else and comped it which was greatly appreciated but not sure why that took 30 minutes.
There appeared to be Staff everywhere so I don't think they were short handed. I'm not sure if slow service is their style or they are unorganized or if it's something else.
I can only say do not go here if you are in a hurry or don't want to wait a long time for your food and drinks. It's unfortunate because the food really was good.
