    They steal your money and won’t give refunds! Read the other reviews, it looks like I’m not the first one to have this happen An item was not delivered that I ordered (a cookie). When I called the shop to let them know The manager, Kayden, on duty said he can send his driver back out with it (during a snow storm). I said no that’s ok I’ll just take a refund. He gave me attitude saying that he is not going to refund my whole order for a cookie. I told him that was not what I was asking to do, I just wanted the refund for the cookie. He told me he couldn’t do that bc his boss wouldn’t let him. I asked to speak to his boss and he told me he was the manager there that day. I told him I thought it was not the true about not being able to give a refund for an item and said I would call corporate. He told me go ahead call corporate and hung up on me. You better believe I left corporate a message. They are stealing money for an item I did not receive, no matter how small the price $3. Hopefully corporate will be able to teach these employees how to handle transactions correctly!!

    Don’t even need to rate the food level! But will say fantastic all around. The service was top notch. Placed a bigger order online and they had called me to make sure I ordered with the correct location! Never once have I had a place (and have ordered to incorrect locations before) but never once had one contact to confirm the location that received the order is the location I had intended to order from! Top notch y’all. Top notch.

    I love jimmy johns. But it’s just something about being in a shop as a BLACK WOMEN surrounded BY ALL WHITE PEOPLE that rubs me the wrong way. I mean not a single drop of diversity. No hispanics, Asians, African American workers in sight. I mean come on people it’s 2025. Add some color to your employees.

    Ordered a party platter for a family get together and it was perfect. Fresh sandwiches, quick pickup, and friendly staff. Everyone enjoyed it and will order again for sure.

    I go to this location for the convenience of the drive through and being right next to the highway but honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back because the employees at this location are so rude and they’ve messed up my SAME SIMPLE ORDER time after time. Always takes forever too.
