Asian lady working the hot food and deli was extremely rude and interrupted and yelled at us for no reason, went out of her way to grab the worst pieces of chicken so we decided to leave it. Also when we asked a simple question she interrupted with a yell. Horrible experience at this jewel, don’t suggest people to come here.

Was looking for a specific item and was told that the store didn’t have it. As I was getting in my car, Todd came running out with the item I was looking for. He chased me all the way to my car to let me know that he was able to find it! That was super helpful ad it saved me a trip to another store! Thank you for caring enough to come find me!

Too many promo items in aisles making it hard to navigate. Also the staff shopping for online orders are frequently in the way. Prices on the shelves are too frequently inaccurate

When checking out with sale items especially clip to save items they almost never total correctly and receipts are impossible to figure out.
This problem has been surfacing on news and social media platforms.

Horrible shopping experience! Needed to stock up on groceries, so I loaded up a cart on a Saturday morning. There were no registers open with cashiers and I had to use the self check-out aisle. Seems ridiculous to make a large purchase and not have check out service. Not to mention the other customers who had only an item or two who had to wait for me. After I finished bagging my groceries and paying, the receipt machine was out of tape. I had to wait for a member of the staff (all of whom were already extremely busy with other tasks) to come reload the paper. I world think that store management would realize they need to staff the store on a Saturday morning. I'll do my shopping elsewhere in the future!
