In fact the milk I buy is .50 cheaper at Whole Foods. But where Jewel really falls short is the produce. Browning lettuce, soft tomatoes, moldy berries. I'm not sure why people shop here aside from the convenience.

Placed at 3:52 and said it would be out by 4:15 didn’t mind waiting since he was sleeping. Right as I placed it changed and said it wouldn’t be out until 5-6pm. Spoke with Patrick who said they shouldn’t have a problem with fixing the time switch back to my original time slot. Then got transferred to Nicole who said no it wouldn’t be ready until 5-6 cause they don’t plan on starting it to closer to 5. Mind you this is the start of the blizzard. Now having to wake my 2 year old and go inside to shop. Whole point and reason I use the DriveUp & Go is to avoid doing waking my son and taken him in during bad weather. Use to like this service from Jewels but Nicole definitely ruined it for me. Luckily we have another Jewels not to far and will just take my business there.
