    The best deep dish pizza. Although I usually get it to go, ordering from this location is easy and the pickup time is usually very precise and prompt. So the pizza is pipping hot still when we sit down to eat. Other chains it’s not kept as warm. Appreciate Giordanos quality and taste as well as ese or ordering from a friendly staff

    poor customer service pick up. Inaccurate way times waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes past the promised time with no apology or update on time

    My order was a delivery. I ordered two BOWLS of soup and spaghetti with EXTRA sauce. As you can see, my two BOWLS of soup equalled together LESS than two CUPS. PLUS, my spaghetti barely had any sauce.. I couldn't even tell if I liked it or not! And, just to make it better, my driver went off somewhere way out of the way before coming to my place, which made him 15-20 minutes later than promised when they said he left the restaurant and was on his way. So, nothing was even very hot. So, there you go. Soup was delicious, thank goodness. But, not nearly enough.. especially for what I paid for it!! Sorry! But, it is what it is.

    So far not good. Ordered the tavern style and it was definitely BURNT. The crust edges were black and they served it to me!!! The waitress then offered to have a "regular " thin crust done for me. Here I wait so more. This is definitely NOT the Giordano's I know. I can't believe this! The new pizza better be good!!!!! UPDATE The second pizza was better, but not great. However the manager did make it right by not charging me. I am thankful for that.
