  I want to give a shout out to Tom (the Manager) who ensured that I was able to start this holiday with my Grandmother just right. We ordered a pizza for delivery the delivery man dropped it off at a different location. I immediately called the restaurant to see what happened. Tom jumped into action and made sure he fired up a new order and got it out to us, to make sure my Grandmother could take her medicine on time!!! Thank you Tom for your amazing customer service and wonderful Holiday spirit!!! May all your days be merry and bright!

  Came in after my shift down the street for a glass of wine and salad. I had a long day working in the industry myself and needed to unwind. Typically, I do takeout but decided to dine in today. Tom and Jaime were AMAZING. They turned a stressful day into a fun and relaxing one, asking how my day was and genuinely talking and laughing with me. I had the Greek Salad (loved it) and glass of Cabernet. Attentiveness to their guests is impeccable , food was delicious but the humbleness of the entire staff will be my reason for returning!

  Had such a great time at Giordano’s in Naperville, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Amanda. From the moment she came to the table, she had this really sweet, charming energy that instantly made us feel welcome. She was warm, funny, and just genuinely enjoyable to talk to — the kind of person who makes you forget you’re even waiting for your food because the vibe is just that good. She checked on us at all the right times without ever making it feel like too much. Her recommendations were on point, and she made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. You can tell she’s confident in what she’s doing, and honestly, it makes the whole experience feel smoother. There’s just something about great service paired with someone who has a naturally friendly, it really makes a meal so much better. If you’re going to Giordano’s, definitely ask for Amanda. She’ll make sure your food is great, but she’ll also probably make your night. And make sure you tip her good she deserves it.
