    The indian girl working there ruined my experience. She spoke to me with so much attitude. I didn’t feel like a human when talking to her, she forced me to purchase more than a coffee to use the washroom. She said there’s a price limit to use the washroom……unbelievable

    This Dunkin’ Donuts location reflects a complete breakdown in customer service, staff accountability, and basic operational standards. From the moment I entered, it was clear that customers were not a priority. Multiple female employees were present behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged waiting customers. Instead, staff continued personal conversations while orders went unattended. When service was finally provided, it was handled with visible indifference and a lack of basic professionalism. Communication was minimal, the attitude was dismissive, and there was no effort to ensure accuracy or quality. As expected, the order was incorrect, and the food and drink were poorly prepared, suggesting a broader issue with training and oversight rather than a one-time mistake. What makes this experience unacceptable is the overall environment: a workplace culture that appears comfortable ignoring customers entirely. This is not simply “busy” or “fast-paced” service—this is neglect. The behavior displayed suggests either a failure by management to enforce standards or a complete absence of supervision. Dunkin’ Donuts is a nationally recognized brand, and this location significantly damages that reputation. Customers should not have to compete with employee conversations for basic service, nor should they feel like an inconvenience for expecting accuracy and courtesy. Until management addresses staff conduct, training, and accountability, I would strongly advise avoiding this location altogether. This experience was a waste of time and money and does not meet even the lowest expectations of a professional food service establishment.

    The 2 indian girls working there were so rude. My infant daughter had a severe rash and I needed to use the washroom. I told them I will buy just let us get the washroom so my screaming daughter can finally get some relief, she made us purchase first…… i bought 3 munchkin donuts and then she went to get the keys and gave the keys to the bathroom that didnt open…. she gave attitude to us instead of caring for a child life especially as my daughter is screaming in distress. After ignoring us and then giving us attitude again and cursing in their own language they gave the second key to the washroom that actually opened, then finally we could relieve our daughter of the pain from her severe rash. You’ll be hearing from my lawyer soon.

    Absolutely horrible experience. The staff here has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen at any Dunkin. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by existing. No greeting, no basic manners, just eye-rolling, sighing, and a straight-up rude tone. When I asked a simple question about my order, I got snapped at like I was doing something wrong. The employee acted annoyed, impatient, and borderline hostile. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers who are just trying to buy coffee. Customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude alone was enough to ruin my morning. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being treated poorly for no reason.

    The staff have always been really nice whenever I’ve been over there! Super kind and really efficient :) I order ahead a lot and my food is always ready and made well!
