All I wanted was an ice tea. The jerk on speaker taking orders was speaking Spanish and I kept saying I don’t understand you. I went to the drive thru window, and I told him I couldn’t understand a word he said. Suddenly he could speak English, and with a cocky attitude he said, “well this is how I talk and everyone else can understand me”. Extremely poor customer service. First and last time at this Dunkin’!
