  I JUST have to say, I have always had a great time dining at this facility. I bet this is the 32nd time I’ve come in person, and the service is always profoundly stellar. Coffee? Usually Yummy as a Bug. These days (especially around dis Holly Jolly time), I usually go with my brother. It provides a great social atmosphere, with 2019-esque music. The one thing that confused me (just a tad) was that as me and my brother dined in today, this woman working for the multi-million dollar company kept touching her ear and saying, “Can I help you?” It didn’t make sense because I was pleased as can be, but she just kept checking in like that. Also, I biked here. Bikable distance from Naperville, IL.

  I called in the morning to see if I left my credit card there. They said they were busy and to call back later, which I understand as it was morning rush. I called back, but my phone wasn't ringing and I could not hear them answering so I called back 2 times. On the 3rd attempt it finally rang, this woman answered and was immediately hostile saying “why do you keep calling and not saying anything?!”. I told her that it was an issue with my phone and I was just calling to ask about my credit card. She said “oh” and did not apologize. I understand that someone calling and not answering is frustrating, but you should never answer a phone that hostile. It was very alarming when I would have answered and said “I’m so sorry I had an issue with my phone, etc.”. Not good customer service, and kind of upsetting.

  I’m not one to leave many reviews but sharing because I do not want anyone else to experience what I just went through. Had a Boston Kreme donut Wednesday morning and have been extremely sick ever since. Assuming the donut had spoiled custard or was handled with dirty hands. Hoping it was spoiled custard if I had to choose. Bad service too. This Dunkin ruined my Thanksgiving. 0/10. Would not recommend.

  Please fix your processes and service. I ordered one black medium coffee and one French kruller donut over the mobile app. 8 minutes later I go up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter tells me “we’re backed up, you’re gonna have to wait.” Then a few minutes later I go up to the counter again and another lady there this time said “ I did not know you were here and that’s why we didn’t prepare your order.” These were the exact words. No apology for the wait. Really!? I’m sure you all can do better than this.
