- AFAdam FrisbyMay 6, 20161.0Make sure you ask them to check if a cone paper fell off the previous cone. After bringing this to the attention of the person in charge he was less than helpful. It's just something they let happen and quality control isn't a top priority. He pissed me off i swore at him and got my refund. Not once did he show any remorse for his staff not having the wherewithal to visually look for a bright white and blue paper wrapper inside a cone while looking right at it, while pouring ice cream into the cone. Of course i didn't notice it due to the staff member over filling the cone in the first place. I can't blame the kid working but i can blame his boss for being inept at training
