I was in a rush but for the 5 mins I waited for my online order, she continued yelling and throwing things because he “wasn’t calling out” when he was running low on food. Working in customer service, that is not how you speak to employees. Clearly some people don’t know how to manage and it shows. My complaint is mainly because she just seemed to be getting a thrill out of humiliating the employee, which was an older man, in front of customers. Absolutely disgusting to have a manager like that. Instead of “correcting” the employee, she needs to be corrected herself.

Then when I asked for the cup she forgot to give me, the employee yelled at me like I personally ruined her day. Ma’am, I just want water, not trauma. Whole experience was unhinged. Charged extra for no reason, attitude for free. Do better, Chipotle.
