The food was exactly what we expected from Chipotle: fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. The service was quick and professional, consistent with our past visits. During our meal, an unexpected situation unfolded near our table when two customers, who were not acquainted, became embroiled in a loud verbal argument unrelated to the restaurant. It was disruptive and uncomfortable for nearby diners. The staff handled the situation extremely well. They stayed calm and professional, and the manager stepped in to de-escalate the situation and restore order. Afterward, the manager personally checked in with my family to make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated. I want to commend the Chipotle team for their professionalism and care in handling a stressful situation. Their response made a strong impression and reinforced our confidence in this location.

The chicken was also overcooked and they were missing ingredients so several customers had to wait for the line to get ingredients refilled.
