  First time, last time. Customer service is seriously lacking. Could barely hear the employees as they spoke. However, after moving through each ‘section’ to choose toppings, they were out of nearly half of everything. Now, I understand this can happen, but put a sign up and I would have avoided even attempting to order. Disappointed in selections as well. Food appeared to not be fresh and sitting for extended periods of time. I am not a dressing person either and the only toppings to choose from were strictly dressings. We decided to go next door to Velvet Taco. Much better experience, selection, and customer service. Very disappointed in Cava.

  This was my first time trying Cava, and I was very disappointed. The customer service was poor. I asked about the price before placing my order, and I was told one amount. However, when I checked out, the total was higher than what I was quoted. It’s not about the extra few dollars — it’s about transparency and accountability. If there was a mistake, it should have been acknowledged and corrected. This was not a good first impression.

  My family was so exited to try this new mediterian place .first of all the service was so slow we almost weight about 20minutes. in line to get our turn .the quantity they serve was so less chicken for the price they r charging and we don’t even liked the taste of the meal . And with kids meal and adult meal there is complementary pita bread but they don’t even bother to give us r mention us unless we search in their online menu and reach them.

  Wanted to try this place out and was super excited about it. Came in almost 2 hours before close and they are out of half of the ingredients… scraping the bottoms of hotel pans just to fill my bowl. I work in the restaurant industry and 2 hours is a little early to be running out of everything. Probably wouldn’t come back because of this.

  This location has horrible quality control and consistently gets the most basic orders wrong. I have ordered the harissa avocado bowl three times, and this location has drastically got the order wrong 2 times. That’s a 67% failure rate. This time I ordered a harissa avocado bowl, and it contained beef instead of chicken, no avocado at all, no feta, no hot harissa sauce, no pickled onions, and there was a giant clump of dried up crunchy rice. What is going on at this location? Must be a poorly managed staff, as I don’t have these issues at the Willis tower location.
