    We went to this buffalo wild wings for wild card weekend and met friends about an hour before the bears game. The experience was terrible. I knew that it was going to be busy and wasn't expecting them to be at their best, but of the five adults that ordered food 0 of the dishes came out correctly. Two us sucked it up and just ate our poor food, because it took a long time for the food to come. One of my friends never received food. She left two and a half hours after she got there. My wife, who sent her food back, received her food 90 minutes after sending it back. I spoke with the manager and server multiple times while waiting and all they could tell me was "sorry". I will never be going back to this location.

    Horrible experience and service december 28 . I went too watch the bears and the 76 st game . We where there for 3 hours the bartender at shift . Never came offer refills or to check on on us the entire time . I will never come back too this location 😤 . I just want address this problem to the store manager and district manager. U guys need better people doing this job horrible experience 😤

    I ordered 40 wings and was supposed to receive eight ranch sauces, but none were included with my order. When I called the store to let them know, I was told, “Sorry, ranch is free, and we miss things time to time.” That response was dismissive and unacceptable. I can’t recall when any sauce was free. But Free or not, sauces are part of the order and expected with the wings. Poor customer service like this makes me think twice about ordering again.
