They said come back after 2 hours since they need to decorate. Later they called me and they don’t have the ice cream that we want. Really??? Cancelled it and waiting on the refund. Ruined my daughter’s birthday. Please Never Never Never order from baskin robbins. Don’t waste your time.

As soon as we walked in, the man behind the counter yelled WE CLOSE IN FIVE MINUTES!!! I said- oh I thought you were open for thirty more minutes should we go? And he said well I’m locking the door in five minutes, which he did. And then ten minutes later (still twenty minutes before the store closed), he kicked everyone out. It’s very rare me and my husband are able to get out of the house with all three of our kids (four and under). So it was a massive disappointment to have an incredibly rude experience like this. The ice cream was good and the place was clean but the service will definitely lead to me choosing elsewhere for our family nights out.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
