I would have to say that was the best Arby's meal I can remember having. The meat was juicy with a great taste. The bun was fresh and the potato cakes were delicious nice and crisp on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. I don't usually get excited about fast food but this was a good experience. The staff was friendly as well.

The chicken strips are not very good. Soft breading, tough meat, below average flavor. The beef n cheddar is good as always. Hot and fresh. Same with the fries. Service is fast and friendly. Dining room is clean.

I called and spoke with a female manager and she said just bring the receipt back and we will take care of it for you which seemed fine but when I went back two days later so they can take care of the situation for me, He asked me for my name I spelled it out, and he said the manager did not write your name down But I said I have the receipt. I can clearly give that to you, and he just looked at me With a weird face saying, do you know which manager you talk to I said no I did not ask for her name I said is it good enough if I keep the receipt and she said yes that’s all that I asked in the end he said he’ll make me the food, giving me a weird expression. Like I was trying to come there for free food that is absolutely not the case so if I was the field manager for this Arby’s, I would tell my employees to act better because they definitely don’t know how to act polite
