  3-12-2026 visit Naperville Location: went there last night to get some coffee around 8:45 and waited 10 minutes to get service because the employee taking orders was having a 15 min conversation with her associate in another vehicle. The service and the quality of employees are horrible. It’s so disorganized from the ordering, drive thru, and employees. After the employee takes the order she gives me an attitude and decides to tip herself prior to tapping the card and allowing me select the tip amount. I have not experience such an unethical experience towards a loyal customer who has visited your chain location multiple times. Definitely not coming back here again and highly recommend for your organization to adopt values that focus on training employees and providing good quality customer service, very disappointed.

  There’s no menu to look at or QR code to scan so you have to look up the menu online while in the car which isn’t great based on how crowded it is. Then it took 15+ minutes to get my drink and when I got to the front, there was no apology for the long wait (the other line was moving very quickly) and when I brought it up, I was told it was due to a printer error when trying to print a receipt for a customer. When hearing this, they definitely should have had that customer pull to the side and let the line moving. After all that, the vanilla latte I got was terrible and like a watered down, overly sugary version of real coffee. Save your $7 and go anywhere else. If you like coffee, do not come here.

  Do not go here! I went recently and they charged me TWICE. First the girl taking the orders said my card did not go through even though I got a text from my bank right away that it did. She then tells me that I can pay at the front. So, when I get to the front I try to explain to the girl that I had payed already but she refuses to listen and very rudely says “it’s not showing up on my screen.” Honestly, did not feel like arguing with a bunch of teenagers and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wake up today with TWO charges from 7 Brew 🙄 Mind you, it’s two different amounts so I’m wondering if they charged me for someone else’s drinks 🤔 just don’t go here and stick to dunkin/starbucks.

  I absolutely love getting drinks here!! Not only do I get delicious drinks, I also get wonderful service! I would especially like to shoutout Journey and Serenity, who always make my day! They offer genuine advice of what the best drinks are when i’m having a hard time deciding, making every interaction memorable and uplifting. I can always tell my drinks are made with love :)

  I’ve been to this Seven Brew in Naperville several times because it’s convenient to where I’m usually headed. The drinks are good and I understand the line is almost always long — that’s not the issue. What’s been disappointing is the inconsistency in how customers are treated. On a recent visit, I accidentally entered the drive-through incorrectly because I didn’t see where the line began. An employee came out and told me I had to leave. I apologized immediately and explained I didn’t realize, but the interaction felt unnecessarily shaming. What made it more uncomfortable was that shortly after I left, another vehicle did the same thing and wasn’t corrected in the same way. I’m not saying I’ll never return — it’s convenient — but it probably won’t be my first choice. I just hope there can be more consistency and friendliness in how customers are addressed.
