  I never leave reviews, but every time i come here something is always wrong with my order. I just ordered a green tea with lemon, honey, peppermint and peach and all I could taste is the green tea. This is a combination that was posted on their Facebook page. The first time I took it back and asked if they could remake it, because maybe they forgot the ingredients, But no. The remake was no better. I am not understanding why I cannot taste any of the flavors besides green tea. I did not have the energy to go back just for them to mess it up a 3rd time. I had to go to Starbucks to get a decent tea. Never again.

  I've been here a few times now and the staff are very good and professional. My problem is the taste of the coffee. First off, it's $8 for a large coffee. A large coffee should be $4 at most. I'm not getting a special order drink like an espresso or something, so there's no reason for a coffee to be $8. I find that the coffee is very acidic and when I ask for flavors/cream in the coffee it still taste very bland. One day I asked for a peppermint mocha flavored coffee and it did not have any flavor at all.

  For starters, there are no menu boards. The only one i saw was posted on the building and required walking up to view it, however this is drive thru service only, plus i didn't see parking anyway. Since it was my first time there and I'm not familiar with the menu, I had to pull up their website and download the menu, all while the employee stood at my window waiting to take my order. It felt pressured and as the seasonal drinks are not on the online menu, i missed out on ordering one of those. (They were only advertised at the pick up window.) Also, as there wasn't a menu and they are not listed on the online menu, i did not know the prices of anything. Neither drink tasted like I had expected and sadly, both tasted burnt. Overall, it was not an experience that would make me want to go back. I was very excited after all the hype I've heard, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing.

  Next time when you park at the drive through please take a quick peek inside to see the place your coffee and other drinks that people are so raving about are prepared and how it's being prepared. Just one peek on to the floors and inside. I promise you will stop immediately buying here. The place is a cess pool with ZERO hygiene. What's going on?? It looks like a place run by a bunch of teens who have no idea of how to run a hygienic coffee shop. Naperville/DuPage health department where are you guys??? Following up on management response: thank you for taking note while serving delicious coffee and other drinks. Hope the issue is a quick fix. I will be very happy to remove/modify my review soon after the issue is fixed. Thanks again.

  An order placed at 9:05 PM—for a single drink—was not fulfilled until 10:19 PM. That is an extraordinary delay by any reasonable standard. While I am well aware that establishments experience periods of high volume, ticket times exceeding an hour for one item are not merely “busy”—they reflect a fundamental breakdown in operations. This level of inefficiency is difficult to excuse and frankly astonishing for a functioning service environment. To their credit, the staff remained pleasant throughout, though their professionalism only highlighted how poorly the situation was managed behind the scenes. Politeness, unfortunately, does not compensate for an absence of timely service. This is not a matter of patience; it is a matter of competence. Whatever processes are currently in place are clearly inadequate and warrant serious reconsideration.
