The drinks are good and I understand the line is almost always long — that’s not the issue. What’s been disappointing is the inconsistency in how customers are treated. On a recent visit, I accidentally entered the drive-through incorrectly because I didn’t see where the line began. An employee came out and told me I had to leave. I apologized immediately and explained I didn’t realize, but the interaction felt unnecessarily shaming. What made it more uncomfortable was that shortly after I left, another vehicle did the same thing and wasn’t corrected in the same way. I’m not saying I’ll never return — it’s convenient — but it probably won’t be my first choice. I just hope there can be more consistency and friendliness in how customers are addressed.

I also think that the employees purposefully left the card reader inside so that could auto add tips to everyone’s order. I’ve gotten the same thing multiple times and it’s never been $9 before. I will always tip but forcing everyone to tip and not telling them is manipulative and bad business practices. Shame on you 7brew
