  I really want to like 7Brew — the drinks are solid and the staff is friendly — but the drive-through–only design is a major flaw. It honestly feels like they’re avoiding the cost of building a proper parking lot, and the result is chaos for everyone. Because there’s no option to park and walk in, all traffic gets funneled into a single drive-through lane. This creates extremely long, slow-moving lines that spill onto public roads and block regular traffic. Instead of being a quick stop for coffee, it turns into a traffic jam you can’t escape once you commit. It’s a frustrating experience for customers and a nuisance for the surrounding area. Until they invest in an actual parking lot or rethink the layout, the convenience just isn’t there — even if the drinks are.

  Been seeing this place busy every time we're out by this. Literally, lined up down the street. Finally, had dinner and went by with a line contained to n their lot. First off, no visible menu. Had to rush and pull it up on my phone. Then there's no indication of sized or prices. We ordered an iced mocha and an iced caramel latte half sweet. Both coffee drinks, the coffee tasted rather burnt, the half sweet was not sweet at all. No we know.

  Overall I like this place and my bf and I enjoy visiting, but I ordered a basic holiday drink and it was made wrong twice. As a previous Starbucks worker I get it but it looked clearly wrong from the pics. We went back through and showed the worker my drink and she pulled up my order but still seemed skeptical that I didn’t ask for the wrong ingredient and asked a ton of questions. She was kind, but it was awkward. She agreed to remake it and it still came out wrong with a missing ingredient that is clearly in the picture and hard to miss and my first incorrect drink that I showed her clearly had it 😭 tiny first world problems, I get it, but with everything being so expensive nowadays— including drinks—it’s unfortunate when expensive drinks are made wrong twice. I felt too awkward to say anything the second time

  This was supposed to be an iced matcha with strawberry it tastes just like the tik tokers say strawberry milk our drink was sitting on the table a few minutes later the guy was like oh did you have iced matcha with strawberry here you go I mean the line is slow enough no need to just not hand out drinks when they are clearly ready sadly I didn’t caption this photo it automatically named it iced coffee with red straw smh

  I usually enjoy the products offered here. However, my experiences have been going down hill.... Today I recieved the wrong drink and didn't realize it until once I was home. Unfortunately, there's not a way to directly call the store to discuss it with anyone... Also, I do think if they recommend discounts or deals they should make sure to clarify the offer exactly. I was under the impression they had a healthcare worker discount as one of the employees recommended it to me previously when they saw I was wearing scrubs. They said to just ask for the healthcare discount going forward. I was able to use it without a problem until today, when I was told it was now only for First Responders... It increased how often I went there for my morning coffee, and I constantly recommend the store to coworkers and other healthcare workers. Honestly for this discount.... Since most stopped after covid pandemic, this was a nice treat. I'm honestly disappointed with how this experience has been, and today was the cherry on top... Hopefully other people have better experience and the company really takes the feedback.
