The restaurant clearly prioritizes dine-in customers first, then online orders, and delivery drivers are always last. This is not something that started recently — they have been doing this for the past couple of months. It feels like the manager doesn’t care at all about delivery drivers or the time we spend waiting. Dine-in customers walk in, place their order, and get their food quickly while we just stand there watching and waiting for a long time. This kind of service is very unprofessional and disrespectful to delivery drivers who are also trying to do their job.

I was completely ignored and there was a line almost out the door just for delivery pick ups (which were already made). They took everyone’s order that was in line after us. I waited almost 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, that’s insane. I understand if it gets busy being backed up but that’s no reason to just ignore the fact that you have so many people waiting for their deliveries and pick up orders. Need a better system.
