  Never seen a store this cheap, and the Indian lady even cheaper. I asked for drink with light ice she literally gave me a drink filled up 3/4th and started arguing when I called her out. Taking my business else where. No other place has done this.

  Always gotta rush my order in the mornings , cause the drive through lady gets mad if I ask for a minute. Ridiculous

  Zero stars. Worst Dunkin In Naperville IL, horrible customer service staff. They need to be changed, attitude is horrible and they have zero manners.

  The service at this location is very poor. They are very rude to their customers. There needs to be a training on how to talk to others. Also the workers will put the credit card in wrong and say it is declined when that is not the case. If you ask them to redo it they get very defensive. Very poor Dunkin’ Donuts. I hope there are changes made.

  HAHAH The 1 star and 2 star reviews crack me up!! "My drink was half full" "My donut was stale"!! LOL!!! Why would you take a 1/2 full drink and not say something? Or is your only outlet on the keyboard. You could even simply go right back, and they will make it right. Don't you check your items when you get them? I saw one on here "How dare you serve my 7 year old a stale donut" I actually spit out my DD coffee when I read that!! Believe me hun, your 7 year old doesn't know what a stale donut taste like. They just like the fact its sweet, again, CHECK YOUR ITEMS!! This DD is fantastic and always are fast and pleasant. They know your order by the sound of your voice. Have they gotten my coffee order wrong in the past? Yes, do I taste it and have them fix it? YES! Stop with the pointless belly aching.
