Normally when I express the gluten allergy, it takes a few extra minutes to make sure everything is safe which I am 100% okay with. The most recent time, my order came out instantly and I accepted it. Unfortunately I was glutened by this meal and had to call off work the next day. I normally don’t have problems with this location, but please make sure that ALL staff, FOH and BOH understand proper cross contamination. Chic fil a is the only fast food place I can get fries because they don’t share the fryer with their chicken, so I really only eat out at chick fil a. Hopefully this will prompt some review of protocols for staff.
