- JJJasmine JordanMar 26, 20261.0On day (Wednesday) that suppose to be $6 banana splits… i get there and the girl with a bunch of makeup on (don’t know her name) just know she has on a bunch of unblended makeup on… tells me that there is only 1 banana (with an attitude) so she can’t make the 2 banana splits that i asked for. The manager should’ve known to have more bananas on a day like this. With all of this being said. The customer service sucks and i wouldn’t recommend going here especially for $6 banana splits Wednesday!

And it’s very odd when you have several flavors without a label and the employees don’t even know what they are. The employees were friendly, just clueless. Two stars instead of only one because the ice cream did taste good, but I wouldn’t return to this Baskin-Robbins.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
