- BHBarbara HernandezFeb 25, 20261.0Menu item states Love Potion Cappy and I had asked if that was a Cappuccino Blast? Drive thru lady starts naming the ice cream flavors not answering my question. I had asked if there is coffee in it. Then two ladies start speaking on speaker at same time. I cannot understand them speaking same time. She then told me to go to window. I had asked are you able to make this without the coffee since it is for a child? Then she gives me the shakes. I said the shakes don’t come with whipped cream? She said no. I asked if it was a charge for it so I can pay it. She then proceeds to get angry with me saying you don’t know what you want! I have never worked at a Baskin Robbins. My main question was can you make something without coffee in it. The staff are very rude, and should be educated on their menu to help the customers. If I knew how to make their items and knew their ingredients I would be saving money and making at home. The rude employee name is Spani. Please educate her on your menu and customer service. Also never given a receipt.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
