  The staff is super friendly and attentive. When it comes to acquired tastes and custom items they definitely pull through and show out. In saying this, Arlyn is FANTASTICCC with her craft and my mom and I perk up whenever we see her. Literal grace and darling. Cannot fit how many adjectives that express her personality and bright attitude. The music is usually fire in the morning (personally love the playlist), many people worth getting to know, very much wide range of beverage choices. Don’t sleep on Naperville ‼️‼️ Keep working together guys 🔥

  The Service is fine, the location was poorly chosen, the coffee and refreshments are lacking. It's not coffee, it's a milkshake. A container full of sugar. If you like Coffee i suggest Sparrow or Peet's, they both offer better coffee, treats, service and Atmosphere. If you want a milkshake and like waiting in the car for an extended duration of time, check out 7 Brew.

  I used to live by a Scooters coffee and I was thinking this would be similar. I just moved to the area and decided to check out 7brew. The lines are always so long here but this day there weren’t that many cars. I pull up and I’m approached by Jenna. I let her know I need to see a menu, she turns around doesn’t say anything and walks away. I thought that was kinda rude and pull up further thinking there would be a menu up ahead but there isn’t. I see Jenna come out of the building with a paper and she Is looking for my vehicle so I wave her down, when she sees me she nods her head in a no motion in disappointment and rolls her eyes, letting her know I clearly saw this I say “well you walked away and didn’t say anything” she said “well our menu is online” I didn’t say anything to her because I haven’t yet had a coffee and wasn’t in a mood to debate with someone who looked younger than my kid. Not all new customers know this and no need to be rude about it: Anyways, my coffee didn’t taste any different than the caramel iced coffees I get at McDonald’s. I’ll make sure to drive down a pinch further to Pete’s coffee drive-thru had much more pleasant experience there and they Actually have more breakfast food options. 7brew only had three flavors of muffins.

  Always such a joy to pull through this location. The others don't seem to do it for me, but NAPERVILLE ALWAYS DOES!! All the kids here are great, super friendly, and always working hard in all weather, it truly amazes me. Everyone seems to love it here, so lines can be a little lengthy, but they always get me through fast with good vibes, and an even better drink! Stay cool Naperville! You guys rock it!

  3-12-2026 visit Naperville Location: went there last night to get some coffee around 8:45 and waited 10 minutes to get service because the employee taking orders was having a 15 min conversation with her associate in another vehicle. The service and the quality of employees are horrible. It’s so disorganized from the ordering, drive thru, and employees. After the employee takes the order she gives me an attitude and decides to tip herself prior to tapping the card and allowing me select the tip amount. I have not experience such an unethical experience towards a loyal customer who has visited your chain location multiple times. Definitely not coming back here again and highly recommend for your organization to adopt values that focus on training employees and providing good quality customer service, very disappointed.
