They had to work on the internet orders instead of taking care of the people that were there way before the internet orders. The two guys were very professional and you knew they were doing the best they could do. They also kept running out of food like the teriyaki chicken and meatballs etc. I thought about going to a different subway but I was already standing there all that time and decided to see it through. I was of course not the only person that was mad. I get saving on labor but at the cost of losing customers.
