  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Domino's Pizza Murphysburo location. I was sitting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes and not a single employee came to acknowledge me. No greeting, no update, no communication whatsoever. They were completely ignoring me — and even the customers lined up behind me were left waiting without any explanation. After nearly 20 minutes, someone finally decided to show up. And to make things worse, I was told that the order I had placed about 30 minutes earlier still wasn’t ready. No urgency, no accountability, and barely any apology. I was late to work because of this delay. This kind of disorganized, careless service is absolutely unacceptable. Basic customer acknowledgment should not be this hard. Management at this Murphysboro location seriously needs to step in and fix these issues. Customers deserve better than this.

  What does “leave at the door” mean? Apparently keep pounding and Ring my husband at work for 10 minutes while sitting in my driveway. And walking back and forth And no need to pay for extra cheese, or added garlic or pizza that actually extends to the edge, cuz we didn’t get it Step it up Kelly Maybe train him instead of making excuses for him.   Placed an online order. Checked the progress several minutes later and it showed order was ready. Waited at drive thru for 15 minutes and was told I didn't have any food ordered just a donation to the "round up" cause. I showed the lady my online receipt for a sandwich and where it was charged to my debit card. I asked for a refund and the email says im getting a refund but will be 48 hours. Will not be wasting my time with Domino's again.
