  The deli department is the worst in customer service. It’s obvious the Lahore grey haired lady is not happy with her job and overall customer service always sucks at the deli. There are a couple good ones if you get lucky. Not on a Sunday afternoon though

  some of the old workers are so freaking rude to the younger workers. the young worker was trying the best they could. it was very unprofessional to have the workers yelling and snapping right in front of extremely loyal customers 😔😔😔

  some of the old workers are so rude to the younger workers well it was late and they were doing the best they could🙁😞 It was unprofessional that they were yelling and snapping at them in front of loyal customers.

  Hello. I hope this email finds you, and finds you well. I shopped at the Mundelein store, yesterday evening. When checking out, several items which were on clearance, rung up at the regular price. When I commented about the clearance items, the cashier requested assistance from a supervisor. The supervisor was busy chatting with the cashier and the bag boy and indicated it would take her too long to search for the clearance items. I then, took it upon myself, to go back to the shelf were I located the clearance items, and took a picture of each item on my phone, and then showed the prices to the cashier. Not one of them offered to locate the items on my behalf. I was beyond irked that their; the 3 of them; conversation, was more important, and took priority to assisting a customer. Talk about lack of customer service!! Beyond agitated!!

  As we moved here almost two years ago we like the store selections but that’s where it stops. Except for a few people who work up front we have been met with employees who seem extremely unhappy. I say that because almost every time I ask for help in a department I get pushed off like I’m bothering that employee and that goes for the store manager also as I’ve been pushed off by him and the seafood department employees are the WORST!!! Maybe if Publix or a similar store of that caliber moved in customer service would be top notch. My advice to this store and to the GM is make your employees happy. Also Mr. GM how about not blowing off your customers when they need help. How about helping instead of “your bothering me” attitude. I truly don’t like posting negative reviews but I’ve had enough of crappy service.
