The manager is always sweet, helpful, and kind, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this feedback. However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the older morning employee. During my most recent visit, she closed the window rudely and had a very bad attitude. This has happened more than once. I never see her working on weekends, and I’ve never had this issue during weekend visits. I hope this can be addressed to improve the customer experience.

My order is always right and delicious. They make my days better. I’m not used to reviewing, but this location has all my love and gratitude. I see them every day working very hard and always with a big smile on their faces.

This Dunkin is an elite place compared to others in the area and this place will forever be my go to spot.
