No explanation why the food was removed without asking me. This location is hit-or-miss. Quality is usually good, but service varies.

This morning in particular had to wait over 15 mins for an online order that I placed way ahead of time. They are understaffed and its impossible to get out of the drive through once you are in it. To top it off they keep adding EXTRA ice when I specifically ask for LESS ice, almost as if its on purpose. Will be going out of my way to go do my old dunkin.
