One time I went purposely in the morning to get a half dozen donuts and they were completely stale. Today I ordered a 25 variety pack of munchkins. Not only were the donuts old and stale again, but they didn’t even out 25. There were only 20 donuts.

This morning in particular had to wait over 15 mins for an online order that I placed way ahead of time. They are understaffed and its impossible to get out of the drive through once you are in it. To top it off they keep adding EXTRA ice when I specifically ask for LESS ice, almost as if its on purpose. Will be going out of my way to go do my old dunkin.
