    Today was the first time I had a grumpy person at the drive-thru window. Other than that service is always great! And the coffee is even better!

    I went through the drive thru and was rushed/cut off when I spoke, when I got up to the window he gave me my food and I realized it wasn’t everything I ordered so I went inside. I told him he didn’t give me everything and his response was “that’s not what u ordered”. No way of trying to make it or fix the issue made on his end. My avocado toasted wasn’t even warmed up and the bread was hard! Shitty customer service!!!! 👎🏽👎🏽

    Came to this Dunkin and they forgot a sandwich I ordered. Called 4 times before they answered. Had to drive back for what I was missing. Called went to the drive thru again. And had to wait almost 8 minutes and still waiting. Make sure they hand you everything you order. They drag .....
