Absolutely unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend that the Lake County health inspector pay this location a visit.

Then I looked up their online reviews and laughed at how publicly terrible this location is. I’ll tell you about the last time I went: I ordered a kids’ meal for my son and asked for cheese as his side. They flat-out refused. I said I get it all the time and at other chipotles too. Even when I said I’d pay for it, I was told, “Unfortunately, there’s no option for us to allow you to order cheese as a side.” I checked online… and sure enough, the app literally lets you order cheese as a side for kids’ meals (see: side of cheese in photo). If you enjoy arguing over whether you’re allowed the luxury of purchasing cheese, this is your spot!
