Their posted hours say the lobby closes at 10pm, but when we arrived at 9:25pm the doors were already locked. We went through the drive-thru instead and asked what flavors were available (since the menu doesn’t list them). The employee’s response was unprofessional and rude, saying, “You really want me to tell you all the flavors?” Instead of providing customer service, it felt like they were rushing to avoid helping us. We ended up leaving without ordering. If the store is going to close early or limit service, the hours should reflect that. Very frustrating experience.

First time lady try to give me a regular cone with one scoop . I said no I asked for 2 scoops on a cone with the nuts on them. She brings me a chock with sprinkle saying they didn’t have the other one ok cool . I started eating the ice cream and it was not good at all like it been in there 5 months without consumption. Then the cone was hard as a rock and was banging it with a spoon that’s how hard it was. That is completely unacceptable that ice cream cost too much to be giving that to somebody!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
