  Nasty place with rude owners. One of the employees even told me the donuts come from a factory, so they are definitely not made fresh

  Really chaps my ass They say they have a chicken sausage Yet they serve you pork sausage and don't tell you. We were told that the management doesn't care And they've known about it for years. Then when We found out they gave us an attitude . No bueno

  I came by Joe Donut a few weeks ago and got their fun guy sandwich from the drove through. I really enjoyed the sandwich (the biggest selling point for it was the chicken sausage as advertised in the drive through menu) when I came by yesterday to dine in there was a MAJOR ISSUE!!! I can to find out the sausage is PORK and not Chicken!! The employee working offered ZERO solution and simply said that the owners don’t update the menus!!! The insensitivity of the employee and the blatant disrespect by the owner for their customers is the reason I will not be coming back! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!

  I want to love this place because the food and donuts are great, and service friendly, but they are frequently out of donuts. I initially rated them 3 stars but changed my rating to 5 stars because even though they run out of food it really is indicative of how good the donuts are. I haven’t stopped thinking about the Boston Cream I had a few weeks ago.

  The food here is pretty good, but supply is almost always a problem, and it’s pricey. The bigger issue I have is their gift card policy. We have received multiple Joe Donut gift cards over the years and have never been able to easily redeem any of them at this location. The most recent as of this morning was “the owners will not accept Joe Donut gift cards purchased from other Joe Donut locations. We know this wasn’t bought here since it’s not a paper copy.” Sounds like a dispute between Joe Donut franchises being taken out on the public. Not only do I principally disagree with this treatment, a quick google search begs the question on the legality of this practice. Good luck treating customers that way. We won’t be back and we’ll relay the gift card experience to our network.
