- DLDan LipskiApr 3, 20261.0i came in with 4 friends that did not speak English. The manager took the order and it was slow because they did not speak good English and we're trying to figure out what toppings they wanted. The manager was visibly impatient and finally just walked away and told one of the team members to finish the order. We won't be back.
- EDEric DeagleMar 20, 20261.0I had the worst Five Guys experience at this Mount Prospect location. For being an extremely expensive burger, I expect them to put on all the ingredients that I ask for. But I went there on 3-19-26 and they made my burger wrong. So I called them to explain and they said they checked the cameras and my burger was in fact made correctly. But it was definitely missing 3 toppings that were on the receipt. So when I went in to "view the cameras" the GM was very unprofessional and rude and wouldn't let me see the cameras and then had an attitude while remaking my burger the way I ordered it. I will never be going back to Five Guys.

Also missing food and prepared wrong called a few times and no one answered the phone so now i am.out over 12.00 dollars please dont run promotion if your not ready to deliver.

They acknowledge my order when i arrived but it took 40 minutes pick it up. All the mgr said was "we're very busy". The food was good but not worth the waiting time. I was actually surprised that they use a good quality napkin. Jeff K

Always have to wait at least 10 minutes after designated pickup time. Also, order was just sitting there without being called. This is now multiple times at this location was absolutely horrible service

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
