When I asked if more meat could be added, I was told I would be charged double, even though the original portion was clearly under sized. On top of that, the employee separated everything into three sections in the bowl instead of properly serving it. The meat amount was far below what is normally expected for a full order. This experience did not match Chipotle’s usual standards. Attached the video and photo not a bit!

My mom got home and noticed they only gave her 1 bowl with chicken - the whole order completely wrong. And my dad didn't get his food at all. I called to speak with someone to get this issue resolved (I live out of state) and there's no live agents that can help. You keep talking to an operator. Worst service or I guess no customer service at all. Don't place online orders through their website. If they mess up your order there's nothing you can really do about it.
