    I showed up at 8:30 on 11/12/25 after walking across the street because they were supposed to still be open and they had locked the doors and closed already which is really irritating because after a 12 hour shift this was all I wanted to eat

    So they had a sign stating that no more walk in orders only drive through...which the other semi truck drivers told me and they were able to order at the window but when I went I was denied...is it because I'm not white or maybe I looked homeless because my work actually gets dirty as a semi truck driver? They girl at the window kept saying " She said NO!" Ummm ok I no longer want to eat here or maybe I should drive my semi truck through the drive through to get a $20 sandwich 💔 BTW it was still business hours for opening but they locked the door to clean WTH 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Attempted to use a reward from my JJ rewards account and the manager refused it because it was an "online order only" reward. I questioned it as other locations work with me and the manager said there wasn't a way for them to enter it into the register. That would've been fine if that were the end of it but as i walked away, she said under her breath "it's only 5 bucks." Regardless of how much money it is, a customer facing employee should never shame a guest.
